Such nice folks working here especially Brynn, but you can tell they are severely unstaffed right now and are need of help from management. Please give these kind people working here the support they need!

Great coffee and wonderful service! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I loved the large selection of specialty pour-over coffees. I ordered a Rwanda pour-over and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had a cappuccino, and it was an excellent, high-quality cup as well. I also really appreciated that the coffee was served in a real mug instead of a paper cup, which made the experience feel even more special. We’ll definitely be back! 🫶

What the hell happened? This used to be a leading coffee shop chain. I’ve been to the Chicago, Pasadena, and Venice locations. This was terrible. One poor guy working in the entire place. No nonfat or low fat milk? No cup lids out? At 9am! A disaster of a bathroom where the faucet was ajar and not functional. The entire place matched the vibe of Hollywood Blvd, but I expected more (stupidly). Avoid this location and visit any of the other nearby coffee shops.

Food was mediocre for the price they charge ($15 for a bacon and egg which had 1 slice of bacon in it), terribly disappointing and overpriced. Poor customer service, would recommend the cashier/worker with short brown hair and glasses to work on some friendly customer service for a better dining experience. Do better.

But music is loud and it's very echoey. Makes it hard to concentrate and work.

A very nice and coffee shop with a menu for food options as well. Restrooms are available for customers. Digital pay only, no cash. Street parking. The coffee/drinks tastes great! Reasonable prices for the entire menu. Bring your friends, family, a date or go solo. Several activities to explore around the Hollywood area after your visit.

Lukewarm Americano that was way too watery. Employee didn’t seem like he even wanted me to order it. Not sure what’s going on here it’s a cool space but not very good. :(

A proper strong coffee. The flat white was amazing, strong and I grew hairs on my legs. Will be back when I land back to earth.

The espresso was quite good compared to what I expect in America.

Would love to be able to buy my daily coffee here before work, as I work across the street, but the employees purposely go as slow as possible to be obnoxious. I have never seen people move like this. It's almost like a parody of annoyingly slow cashiers/baristas...
