0/10. Wanted to try this place out, saw it on Uber Eats.
Let's start off with the fact that it's 20 dollars a plate and 8 dollars more to add any sort of meat on top. As you guessed it, the pasta is the soggiest thing known to man, the taste of the sauce is NONEXISTENT, and the garlic knots well I think the picture speaks for itself (tiniest and most driest thing I've ever had literally uneatable). The fact that this place is still open is laughable. You guys need to seriously ask yourself questions on why the food tastes horrible. Oh, and the brown box to put the pasta in that came with two TINY servings of Parmesan cheese was the cherry on top! Mind you I ordered TWO pasta bowls. What am I gonna do with a tiny gram of Parmesan. Never ordering from this place again, I know for a fact the comments that were left are from family and friends.
Great job, hope you shut down or at least hire decent cooks that actually know how to cook. UBER EATS GET RID OF THIS PLACE.

This food is horrible. The pasta sauce tastes like Campbells Soup. The chicken is little tiny squares like what you find in canned Campbell soup. I paid over 60 dollars for a horrible meal. I'd suggest trying another spot

We ordered the chicken penne alfredo and the beef meatballs & the caprese salad.
(From Postmates)
It was 2am & We had never tried this place before. I was so surprised at how high-quality it was my husband and my son also loved it.
These are hands-down, the best meatballs in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills!!!
Believe me, I have tried meatballs, everywhere and 99% of the time I’m disappointed. I am so happy that I found these meatballs! The Alfredo sauce was creamy and on par with some of the best I’ve ever had and the Caprese salad was fresh.!
I just read someone else’s review who claimed that the meatballs were frozen… That person obviously doesn’t know the difference between fresh meatballs, and frozen Because these were definitely FRESH

I always order from the Echo Park location and that one is AMAZING. Always the same amazing quality. They always use real cheese and everything is flavorful. I ordered via uber eats tonight and I guess the usual one was closed so it gave me this one. I got the same order as always and I have never been so disappointed. Hardly any sauce on pasta and it tasted watery and bland, added chicken for 7 bucks extra and it barely looks like I got an 1/8th of a breast put in there. I also got garlic knots and those tasted grainy and raw at the same time with no flavor. This was highly disappointing since I always only ever get the other location and the vast difference between the 2 is crazy. They don’t even look like they’re from the same place. If you ever want to order from here, make sure you get the Echo Park location, can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely not, pesto was some of the worst. I paid $10 extra for protein and it was literally nonexistent. It did not look appetizing at all. I ordered via Uber eats and demanded a refund. The food was un appetizing snd inedible.

Ordered from this place tonight via UberEats and I wish I read these reviews before I ordered from this place, pasta was decent I got the Penne Pasta and it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t disgusting. However the Mozzarella Sticks and Garlic Knots were the worst, I felt like the Garlic Knots were just dough with garlic seasoning they were terrible not even close to a Garlic Knot you would get from a pizza joint or an actual Italian restaurant. The Mozzarella sticks were really disappointing no seasons or anything it was bare and plain. I ordered a side of meatballs which was decent also. This was sadly a waste of money and waste of dinner couldn’t even finish the whole order I got.

There was a slug in my salad dressing that made me sick for 30 minutes. It was disgusting I am mortified and don’t even know what actions to take next. - Also I see your response saying it wasn’t a slug but I can ASSURE you that it was. Please own up to your actions and provide some compensation.

Not sure what’s going on here but I’ve ordered delivery via UberEats/Postmates a lot over the years and I’ve never had a restaurant call and say “hi your food was stolen by your UberEats driver. You can call uber for a refund.” When I acted surprised to hear it the guy responded “it happens all the time.” I have so many questions. First of all, what? Second, how would you even know they were stealing the food? Wouldn’t it just appear that they picked it up and left with it to deliver to me? Then, I looked at your reviews. Ah, makes sense. Well, can’t speak on the food unfortunately but there’s clearly a service issue here. Do better.

I’m so sad to give this spot such a low review. I was excited to try the meatballs but was really disappointed that they were frozen and not made in house. The texture and taste reminded me of school lunches. I think if they made them fresh it would really make it special. I enjoyed the arrabbiata sauce. It was very spicy so be warned but I enjoyed it. Overall it was just okay. I can’t see myself ordering again unfortunately. It’s just too expensive to get frozen food.

Pesto is made with avocado and its heavy on the avocado. I hated it.Edit:I had other people taste it and they could also could tell there was avocado. I have a creamy Pesto which can only be done with either cream or avocado (to keep it a bright green). I understand that Pesto can be made differently at a lot of places however as a fresh Pesto lover (and I make my own); this was NOT good. If this is in fact your recipe without avocado then please look at how you're making it cause all the flavors that make pesto what it is, is completely lost. I've also ordered your Mozzarella sticks a few times thinking the 1st time was a fluke but no. Every time there is no flavor the breading is bland and cooked in old oil. I know b/c old old has a distinctive color and taste. It was so bad I stopped after 2 and threw it away. Try panko instead of breading and season your cornstarch, egg mixer, & panko. You'll get better flavor and more crunch.
