I am in love with the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea! I always order mine with double boba add-on, or as I call them, "little balls of joy". Even if I'm having a bad day, grouchy or down, when I have e a good boba tea like this, those little balls of joy always bring a smile to my face.

Yesterday at 12:00 pm, I ordered customized drinks for my friends and coworkers. Server name showed Elana R. She was so friendly, kind and patient. I was nervous and had to call my friend because I didn't know a specific customization for one of the drinks. All 3 drinks were customized. No one else was in the store and ambiance was quiet. Elana told me "no rush" and gave me time. For that, I am grateful to get boba from this store at this time, as I met one of the most patient servers in a while. On top of it, my friends and coworker thoroughly enjoyed the drinks! Thank you for the quick, careful, and efficient service, team!

This Boba Time location is one of my all-time favorites! It's centrally located and I find myself going out of my way to go this location because 1) the staff is always so friendly and accommodating and 2) because the boba is made with love.

We've been coming to this boba shop for a good couple of years now, I'm practically a regular here. The staff are always super friendly and they also know which drink I normally get which is the mango ice tea with boba and mango popping boba. The cakes and macrons they've got here are simply amazing and when I have the extra money I'd snag those too! I know there's plenty of Boba Time stores in the area but this one is just better, they're close by and I don't have to wait long for my order to be completed. Heck if the tunes they got blasting in here are also bangers, once again great staff, good ambiance. I highly recommend this shop above the others if you're in the area.

Since this location near my work opened, I've been going here almost daily during my lunch break to get my afternoon tea fix. I always order the same thing using the mobile app (which is super convenient): Peach Green Tea with Rainbow Jelly, and they always make it perfectly and every one who works there is super nice! It's Boba Time is my favorite boba place, hands down.

Just like another typical Boba Time, the lobby is blasting with music that you be ant hear yourself talk. Orders are prone to mistakes as it's a shouting contest between placing your order and the loud rhythmic music to keep the workers motivated.
Have the time they make my order wrong. They gotta hire people with better reading comprehension skills or something. They never answer the phone.

This was such a cute boba shop my friends and I visited after having lunch! I'll admit their menu was a bit overwhelming (so many options to choose from). I ended up getting the Passion Mango Fruit Tea w/ lychee jelly. This was the best drink I've ever had! The inside of the boba shop was a bit dirty and there was also kiosks where you can place your order. I will also note they have restrooms but you will need a code to have access.

The moment I stepped in, I noticed the loud music. More than the average to be quite honest I felt like I was stepping into a Cabo Cantina Bar lol. The cashier was very pleasant.
