Came in the other day and had a wonderful experience. The cashier, Elana R. Was very nice and helpful with the process of finding and customizing the right drink. Because of them I think I have a new favorite drink! Got my drinks quickly and with a smile, just not the kind of service you see anymore. Will definitely be coming back to try more!!
Yesterday at 12:00 pm, I ordered customized drinks for my friends and coworkers. Server name showed Elana R. She was so friendly, kind and patient. I was nervous and had to call my friend because I didn't know a specific customization for one of the drinks. All 3 drinks were customized. No one else was in the store and ambiance was quiet.
