Though the food is usually subpar, mostly becausr of cheap buns, sometimes they can get an order item right. This may not happen innitially, but when coming back in or around to complain on the temperature of at least one item ordered. Then you have to decide whether to eat the luke warm meal while waiting for the fresh replacement for whatever was wrong with your meal or eating it cold at home. This is my main bk and I never leave reviews especially semi ok ones, but they are always forgetting some of my items that I purchaseEdit: they did it again, this location needs to be put in check, wasting 5-10 dollars for items that i don't receive because they forget due to being "busy" or "overwhelmed"

This has been my favorite BK location in the Hollywood area. Unfortunately, the food has not been up to par lately. The Whopper I last purchased was a bit thin ... it tasted okay, just a lot seemed to be missing. Fries were fresh and very good. I even decided to check this experience by going to the next BK location on Sunset, which has never yielded a good experience to me.
