Bad customer service at drive thru. One of the employees on the drive thru screamed to stop behind the line before to reach the window. When I don't have any car on front of me...why I need to stop before to reach the window.,I spoke to manager Misael and he don't have any right answer.why the girl on the drive thru screamed to stop??I want to spoke to the general manager for Jack on box corporation for this bad customer service.

Tuesday morning around 4am the skinny girl with glasses was too busy texting on her phone, I asked for a coke with my combo and she gave me a orange juice, also made me wait longer for system update when she said she would come out and call me back in.I also didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know if she charged me the correct drink and finally when she gave me my order the bag was practically thrown at me she caused the bag to rip..all she did was offer another bag and no apologies. Whatever issues employees have shouldn’t be brought to work it’s very unprofessional and they get orders wrong. Do better.

I had to ask for Fresh French fries other than that it was cold. I had to be parked in front. I pay for a treat. It wasn't in my bag everything that could go wrong went wrong here. I came back for my dessert and it was like trying to reach the president. All bad poor

If its a 24 hr drive thru why not schedule more cooks...Food is burnt and tacos are cold not cooked fully ....Servers in a hurry something its freaking 1 am you know we gonna wait ?♂️.So, stingy with the salsas like if you give me an extra packet it gets deducted from your checks.But anyways ? just to let y'all know .I warned you..

Not very customer friendly, the chairs were piled in a corner - the cashiers kept watching my kids, and I like we were going to unbolt the table from the floor and run out the door.

I stood there while staff talked on the phone at the register did not help me or ask me if I need help ! Staff was sitting in sitting area and still didn't tell her coworkers I needed help .Was it because I was black ! Like y'all have RATS .. Don't do too much ! Had me just standing looking stupid . Ambiance very much gave they didn't want to deal with me at all just looked at me and never helped ! 940-1000 !
