Jack in the Box has received mixed reviews. Some customers have reported unsatisfactory experiences with the food, stating that it was too salty, the fries were stale, and the chicken sandwich was overly crispy on one side. The soda was also described as watered down. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also questioned, with specific mention of the bathroom being dirty. However, the drive-thru service, specifically cashier Ernesto, was highly praised and commended for their excellent service. It is suggested that management focus on improving food quality, cleanliness, and staff training to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
