I had a small order, and they made me wait in #2 because it wasn't ready when I was in drive thru. Then they completely forget me, and I was waiting for 20-25 minutes until I decided to go back to the drive thru again. And of course, my food was cold as it was sitting waiting for 20+ minutes while other customers were getting their food arriving way after me. Worst service ever!!

I'm wondering why I have a $15 dollar charge from Jack in the box and yes it the the right location on Crenshaw. I was in Eagle Rock at that time and I can prove that I was in another city so why am I getting this random charge?
