I'm wondering why I have a $15 dollar charge from Jack in the box and yes it the the right location on Crenshaw. I was in Eagle Rock at that time and I can prove that I was in another city so why am I getting this random charge?

Bad attitude and bad service, order consistently gets taken wrong by cashier and they don’t ask if you would like sauces or even straws to drink your own drinks you purchase!

This was the worst jack in the box ever. i ordered Jack's spicy chicken sandwich it was so old and dry it felt like if it was sitting under the heat lamp all day. I would of taken it back, but I was on the freeway on my way home.

Loved it! Left home with only herbal tea on ice and chocolate covered almond on my stomach. Been craving Jack in the box. Ordered 2 tacos very affordable and Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger again very affordable total INCLUDING TAX $4.91.
Shout out to Washington/Crenshaw location.

I was ordering a cookie and cream milk shake L and the price showed 4.79 but then I looked at the screen and it showed 4.99 plus tax came out little over 5 dollars. I went up to the window and ask them why they are charging me more for the shake and instead of fixing the price they lied to me saying that the 4.99 is the price with tax. So every time a customer would order the shake the price was wrong and that is false advertising.
