Completely disgusting place to eat at. It smelled like weed inside, trash on the floor. Floor was sticky. Trash cans looked dirty. Needed to wash my hands and use the restroom and there was a guy in there for 15 min. I came in this past Friday night around 8:15pm. I told the short mexican guy about the man being in the bathroom for a long time that I needed to use the restroom and he didn't care. He didn't make any effort to go knock on the door. I just waited until he got out finally. Only one bathroom for customers. The restroom was also disgusting. All kinds of stains on the walls. Nasty odor. No fan on the ceiling to ventilate. Floor smelled like urine. No toilet paper so we had to ask for one. Soap dispenser was broken. There was soap but could not pump it out. After I came out I changed my mind and didn't want to grab food after all. I wanted to get the hell out of there. They really need security there. To make sure only customers are using that restroom. I wouldn't trust them to cook my food here with all this filthyness. Stay away.

My car got towing from the parking lot & I paid $483 to release my car, so the coffee & burger I got from this Jack in the box location cost me $483, the tow truck guy is waiting to catch some money no matter what! Be careful when u park your car, make sure to leave someone in your car because it just took 10 minutes to the tow truck guy
