The service was great even thou they forgot to hand us my husband's 2nd Jumbo Jack at the drive thru window. Thank God we were still in the Jack in the box parking lot when we notice we were missing his other burger. We drive back around thru the drive thru to ask for his missing burger. The same women who took our order. Showed up right as we drove up to the window and said is this your Jumbo Jack? Then proceeded to kindly apologize for her mistake. Excellent employees and great costumer service.
I've been coming here for a few years on and off, try my best not to because of all the homeless swarming and I've seen at least 5 overdoses happen both inside and outside the building. But today at 10am July 19, 2026, I ordered through the drive thru, and I see one guy, managing the drive thru, taking orders at the inside counter, online orders, delivery guys and the drive thru all at once, all by himself.
