El Pollo Loco offers delicious food and excellent service. However, some customers have experienced issues with coupons, with one reviewer reporting rudeness from staff when a mistake was made. Additionally, the restaurant's facilities have been used by a homeless individual, causing a disturbance. Despite these incidents, the restaurant's vibe is good, with plenty of seating, and the food is consistently delicious.
