It was surprisingly pretty good. There were going to try and send me on my way without my Fry's but that was quickly fixed. There were quite a few homeless people there but they weren't a problem.

I always get the Breakfast Jack with just cheese lettuce tomato egg and mayo.
It's a good meal for people who don't want to eat meat.

Saves one bathroom for customers and use the other one as only employee because they don't want to keep them both clean. Shame

Terrible service and staff don't open the door for customers

Jack in the box is cool because of two reasons, open 24 hours and accepts EBT which can be a huge life saver I'm glad J.I.B has taken to helping out by accepting EBT staff is usually pretty cool and I do appreciate their efforts for working over night it's a tough shift and I will support anyone working these shifts at any restaurant. Thank you J.I.B

Parking: Good place to eat if you have EBT and need a filling meal not bad but prices are a bit high could offer more deals and offer senior discounts since most of us are on budgets but would like to have something out occasionally. All in all it's a good place

The whole place stunk like feet🤮
Then i got my tacos, they forgot to put meat in it,instead of offering an apology the manager said that's how the come,
I opened the taco to show him the empty taco ,still no response or apology
No sense of responsibility

Staff seem like they don’t wanna work here. Don’t come in the early a.m. because they will tell you it’s closed even though it says 24/7?

Employees are always mad and unhappy and they have attitude problems. Every time I go, I feel like none of them wants to work there.

I can not recall a time i've had a problem with my order at the drive-through here. I've been visiting this location for decades, and there probably have been occasions.
But I think this place definitely stands out on their attention to detail when filling orders.

Great place for fast service specially when manager Mr Ramiro is there.. But there is a lady who I think don't like me because I get the deals they offer. She seems to be mad I go there once a week for the deals, I mean you offer I get right. What's wrong with that..

Vegetarian options: Great salads ?

I really wanted to give this location a better rating. I also tried looking for the best location available but it seems impossible when it comes to Jack In The Box restaurants in Los Angeles county. I should have just visited the location near Sepulveda Blvd and Pico Blvd.

The new waffles are very good, which is the reason I stopped by and they might be discontinued pretty soon, but I felt just a bit uncomfortable dining in at this location. During my visit there was a homeless man sitting outside who later walked in to fill up his drink cups that were not Jack In The Box cups. Another man asked to use the restroom who ended up using it to change clothing, who later walked outside and started smoking weed with another man who was already hanging outside the side entrance during my time dining there.

I'm posting this for anyone who isn't comfortable dining in restaurants with this type of atmosphere. I can handle it but I prefer that this type of atmosphere was non existent.

But do not let this review make you feel otherwise about West Los Angeles. West Los Angeles is a beautiful part of the county. I really believe this is a Jack In The Box issue. Almost like 7-Eleven's in L.A., the branding attracts this type of clientele. And it's pretty strange seeing as Jack In The Box is no longer cheap to eat. I spent $7 there today for just 2 strips of chicken and 3 pieces of waffles.
