They do not like to cook the sourdough bread they are lazy. I clearly explained to them if they can cook the inside of the bread, both sides of the bread instead, they give me a sandwich thatâs cold.
And even when I asked to exchange it, they give me the same type of sandwich who put this lady as a manager you guys should fire her
I know plenty of other people wishing they had a job wishing to have hours and this lady has a full schedule and doesnât take her job seriously
And I noticed this spot has been getting bad reviews for the past month needs to change as soon as possible

Fries were cold and stale. I've been here twice and the fries were cold twice. The sandwich was fine.
Coffee â so good and the Ultimate breakfast sandwich. Nice and hot chase was melting so good.
The crew does their best and the food is tasty
This Jack in the Box location consistently delivers top-notch service and quality. The staff ensures that orders are accurate and served promptly, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
A significant advantage of dining here is the Jack in the Box app. It offers exclusive deals, such as:
⢠$5 Big Deal Breakfast Meal: Includes a choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, French toast sticks, and a side of hash browns.
⢠Daily Freebies: For Jack Pack members, enjoy daily deals like free onion rings on Sundays, free fries on Fridays, and more.
⢠Limited-Time Offers: Seasonal items like the Sourdough Smashed Jack Burger and Birria-flavored Tiny Tacos add variety to the menu.
The combination of excellent in-store service and app-based savings makes this Jack in the Box a top choice for both quality and value.

The food was not fresh. Awful
Placed an order via Uber eats
The 2 sweet and sour sauces were missing for the egg rolls, though it was on the jack receipt.
The mini tacos were also missing their dipping sauce.
Be careful, they out bacon in your burger if youâre Muslim.
Great teamwork and respect for homeless
I took a star away because if the price is different at different locations say so in your adverts. I am on a budget this week, but it would not matter if I was not. I wanted some tasty junk food and that is Jack in the Box. I saw the advert for a 5$ meal. Great, I thought. It was $6. Now does the dollar upset me, yes, if I am told 5$ let's have that. That is my little rant--I am not happy about this though. Jack in the box is a huge chain and they are all pretty much the same. They have burgers, breakfast sandwiches, tacos, fries and really good shakes. There food is not even close to fine dinning. You do get about what you pay for. If you don't want fatting food, go elsewhere. I love all of it. They have these tiny tacos that come in a pack that are great. Are they filled with great things, of course not. They are little deep fried tacos with some meat in them and they are lovely. Their shakes are much better than most fast food places. They even have whipped cream on the top. They are very tasty. They have a nice selection of burgers and breakfast sandwiches. They even have great root beer. The service is always nice and the line moves fast. This time we got it through the drive thru and it was speedy. The area is kept clean and whenever we have been inside to eat it has always been kept super clean. It is better than McDonald's and Burger King, that is for sure. Have fun.
