I frequently buy meals from this locations, however today at 1:30pm I was surprised at the service and proactiveness of Nestor at the drive thru. Ketchup and hot sauce was already in the bag before I asked for it. Napkins and straw were also already bagged. He was friendly and efficient. Thank you. This service at a fast food place deserves to be acknowledged. Keep it up Nestor!!

Everything was nice, except for some guy started arguing about the fact that he didn’t have enough meat on his sandwich and he went ballistic They did refund his money, but only he continued to argue in both Spanish and English. After he cussed out the manager & the cashier, he finally left. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

I was here for a free Tmobile Tuesday offer of a jumbo Jack, but I wanted to have more after how on point the visit and burger was.
It was mid-day on a weekend and wasn't crowded. I rarely eat anything beyond the breakfast here, and hadn't been here in a while. I must say I was pleasantly surprised about the freshness of my jumbo jack burger. My app order was ready earlier than promised. So I was glad to see I had a fresh patty, fresh green lettuce, and 2 bright juicy slices of tomatoes. Sorry I ate it too fast to take a pic.
The gentleman at the register was friendly and also offered sauce, although I only ordered a burger. Thank u JITB! I'll be back!

I'm liking living in Hollywood more and more... From NoHo, Culver City and South LA I've had the Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich a couple of hundred times throughout the past 7 years. TODAY... I actually tasted the cheese on it. It was beautiful. In actuality, I stopped ordering "with cheese, please" since it made no difference in taste so I figured to save a few pennies. And its atmosphere waayyy better too. Or maybe that's just the cheese talking ?
