Jesse Boy Korean Fried Chicken is a popular Korean-style chicken restaurant in Hollywood that has gained significant popularity since opening in 2018. The modern and clean interior features an open kitchen where customers can watch the chefs cook. The menu offers a "Build My Own" meal, allowing choices between chicken wings and tenders, with options for soy sauce or spicy sauce. Sides include salad, French fries, or jasmine rice, all prepared fresh and flavorful. The fried chicken is crispy and tasty, with a texture that is not too greasy. The JB Original sauce is a savory soy sauce with a salty taste, while the Spicy sauce has a refreshing heat that lasts. An extra spicy sauce, similar to roasted red pepper oil, adds an extra kick. Customers can also enjoy chicken bowls, which are well-balanced meals with salad, chicken, and rice—great for lunch. The restaurant is small and cozy, with friendly staff who greet guests warmly and explain the menu well. It offers delivery and parking options. Jesse Boy Korean Fried Chicken is a must-try for its high-quality ingredients, flavorful dishes, and attentive service.
