Hello , I hate to do this but I think today has been the most I have been unsatisfied about ordering today at jacks. I’d just like to say that as I placed my order it seemed like the one taking my order was distracted. She adjusted my order 4 times after repeating myself clearly 4 times. I was specific and clear about it also to make it easy for her. Very easy order. Then till I came up the window the one who gave me my order repeated the order to me with the incorrect drink...
While the access to this jacks in a little tedious, once you're there it's great! Fast service, great breakfast, and great customer service. Don't let the area deceive you, this is a fantastic Jack's.
The food was fresh (as fresh as fast could be of course), not over cooked, and hits the spot. Their iced coffee was a little sweet for my liking, but it was great nonetheless the less.
