Never waited over 20 minutes for my order. The barista at the window is always so sweet and helpful. My food is always hot and my drinks always perfect. I always come around 1am with my friends and always get thru the drive thru as it should be quick and to the point. People are always holding up the line and yelling at them. wanted to give a round of applause to the baristas that worked night on January 9th due too a Karen customer that wanted to argue and held up the line for multiple minutes everyone behind him honked at him to leave and wouldn’t listen and was hostile I even had to call 911. my wife and I where in distraught of how someone can act so foul just for a drink! You know, I just love the fact that when you order a water at Starbucks there is no difference than when you order a coffee. They ask your preference on size and whether or not you'd like ice, any garnishing for the water i.e. lemon or lime and then serve it in a Starbucks cup with a chill lid, as if it is the drink of the gods. Thank you Starbucks for continuing to do water and customer service correctly, kudos!
