No seating, I’m waiting for my car to be done at the mechanics, so I thought I would come here and get some work done, nowhere to sit, plenty of room in the Starbucks to have seating, but no tables or chairs were in this Starbucks!

This spot is gross . Drinks spilled all over the counter and they are just placing cups over it like nothing is spilled, crumbs all over the floor . And no one ever attended us. Poor customer service . Poor everything.

You know, I just love the fact that when you order a water at Starbucks there is no difference than when you order a coffee. They ask your preference on size and whether or not you'd like ice, any garnishing for the water i.e. lemon or lime and then serve it in a Starbucks cup with a chill lid, as if it is the drink of the gods. Thank you Starbucks for continuing to do water and customer service correctly, kudos!

Waiting in the drive thru 28 min and they got my order wrong.I arrived at 230am, and there was a line of 7 cars There's usually only 2 or 3 cars when I come at that hour. I figured something was going on, but I have no choice it's the only 24 hours Starbucks around. Very disappointing. This location has a high turnaround of employees I rarely get the same person.It's nice when you have the same person and they know your order ahead of time and they get it right every time.

No bathrooms even for paying customers .Completely unacceptable.Telling customers to go to jack n the box is not ok.
I buy Starbucks basically on a daily basis and can use the restroom at any Starbucks. They have 2 employee restrooms and they wouldn’t let me use either. I just bought overpriced coffee from you and can’t use your restroom? Also there are no tables or chairs to sit down. ?

I have an extremely painful bladder condition that sometimes necessitates urgent restroom access. I’m also a very frequent and long-time Starbucks customer who often depends on the company for bathrooms. This location had not one but TWO bathrooms marked “Employees Only” and associates would not let me use the restroom even after I explained my condition. I went next door to Jack in the Box (which Starbucks employees did not take the time to recommend), and even though they have a customers only policy, they still let me use their restroom for free. Shame on this location for completely failing people with chronic illness and disability. And shame on Starbucks for letting this happen.

I had a interestint experience to say the least. To start of my Frappuccino was filled a little more then half way. Second off when the barrista gave me my drink she knocked it over and spilled a little bit. She just looked at me and didn't say anything and proceeded to go back to making other drinks. There were no people inside making orders either.

I understand the whole situation with the homeless but if u are not going to provide the service we are used to receive from starbucks such as a table to enjoy our coffee then why are u doing business in the area either engage and provide the service we are used to or do not make business with the community this is hypothetical.
