They have a great selection of pastries and cakes that are out of this world

This place has the most amazing croissants ever! I personally love savory croissants and their ham and cheese croissant here is to die for, especially if you are having it warm! I've also tried their almond chocolate croissant which is incredibly rich. I highly recommend having the croissant right at the spot when you buy it.

Just these folks on The Profit. Rachel sounds like a spoiled 10 year old. Just take other lenders money and do whatever they want and act like they're being victimized! Insane and childish. No sale here.

Wait, I'm so confused. Is this the wrong business? (I'm confused after reading other peoples' reviews) I came here on Sunday in December 2019 after dining at Ono BBQ lmao and saw that they ONLY sold tiny, crunchy, hard cookies. The man working the counter was SO nice, and talked a LOT in trying to explain pricing and such to me and I was honestly really craving cookies so I bought some after sampling almost all of them even though they were really mediocre. They were doing some deal with buy one get a free peanut butter cookie thing and that was cool, so I got a free tube of peanut butter cookies. But the cookie themselves were pretty bad, imo. I mean I'd eat them cause I'd eat anything, but if you want good cookies, go to COOKIE GOOD which is a little more West on Wilshire, I believe. Anyway, you really don't need to bring your business here. I was told that they do a lot of holiday orders and stuff but like, I'd be sad if someone got me these for Christmas instead a tin of the Kirkland European Chocolate Cookies.

July 2019. So this is a small business and I like supporting the mom and pop shops. They had a local distribution at some Costos but it might now have gone well because I haven't seen the cookies there again. But I loved the so I hunted them down to that awkward plaza on Santa Monica Blvd and Bundy. I think the recipe is mom's and the girl running it now is the daughter with her boyfriend David. He's funny - calls himself Chief Momentum Officer. I've tried many cookies you get free samples at the store. The original choco chip is my fave. Bottom line - I like them.

Mavelously delectable homestyle chocolate chip cookies hit home wheather one dines in this cute little cafe or takes their cookies straight home for a party! Staff kindly helps direct your taste to no bigger decisions than your stomach's eyes fathom with full size cookies or a crispiery snack size. Enjoying a cup of coffee (or California's famous Horizon Milk) with a cookie takes one's heart to home when the crunchier outside of the cookie isn't too tough to cumble anywhere except your mouth while the chocolate chips baked throughout keep to their softer texture from perfect baking temperature. Excellent corner stop for that cookie craving without overdoing it! Thank you all very much!

Just saw your business on The Profit... Looked at your menu because I would love to try your cookies but they are much too expensive for me... I am 76 and live on social security

The service was good. Very polite. As far as the product goes... not impressive and for the price. Definitely they could or should have a better deal than 24 dollars for a dozen.

Best sugar cookie I've ever had and I am very difficult to impress. They are all just amazing, though.

One of the best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever had in my life. Why they put the-address on CA-2 (which is weird) is beyond me because it's on Santa Monica Blvd. This is in the

BE WARNED, THIS IS NOT THE JACKIE'S YOU ARE EXPECTING I purchased a cookie cake for a co-worker's birthday and was extremely disappointed--at $50 expected a lot more than what we got (see picture). Not only was the cake 54 minutes late (we had ordered the cake 2 weeks ahead of time and confirmed the day before, yet were waiting in the bakery for 54 minutes before the cake was ready), but the cookie cake itself looked heinous. It was supposed to be a circle, but was more of a blob. The icing/decorations were an abomination and for some reason they decided to decorate the cake when it was still hot so the icing completely melted within minutes. Apparently the current owners took the business a month ago and never updated the website--between their site, Yelp, and Google, there are 3 different hours of operation, different pricing, and different service offerings. Super disappointing, especially because the old Jackie's did amazing work, per the second image below.

I finally found the time to stop by was hidden in the shopping center on the corner of Bundy and Santa Monica Blvd.. I really enjoyed the oatmeal raisin. They also had a chocolate with peppermint at it and that was tasty as well. The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and I will definitely come back in the future. The bottom line is great cookies at fair prices!
