Javier's DTLA is considered one of the best looking and most stunning restaurants in Los Angeles, with well decor and an elegant, inviting atmosphere. The ambiance is vibrant and sophisticated, perfect for special occasions or business meetings. The food is amazing, great tasting, and expertly crafted. Standout dishes include the LA Tablita with double steak, which is perfectly cooked and seasoned well, the ahi tuna ceviche which is very tasty and refreshing, and the creamy guacamole. Other exceptional options are the Enchilada Trio Del Mar, the Filete Antiguo, and the Mar y Tierra. The restaurant offers an impressive array of premium meats, including Angus Prime Skirt Steak and filet mignon. The drinks, like the Tamarindo and the Cristalino, are tasty, fresh, and good. The service is great, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, the prices are beyond expensive, with very high costs for valet parking, food, and drinks. Despite the exceptional food and outstanding service, the cost is comparable to a five-star steak restaurant.
