We weren't sat until 6:40 for a 6pm reservation. When we were finally seated we waited at least 5 minutes without a server even greeting us before I stopped someone and had to request to place our order. The chefs, at least, were extremely quick and efficient once we placed our orders and even asked if we wanted to order anything else directly from them when they saw our service was slow. I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent dining experience during fine LA with a party of five. Unfortunately, the visit did not meet expectations. The service was notably unprofessional, as our server was dismissive throughout the meal. Additionally, there were significant delays in placing orders between rounds of the "all-you-can-eat" service, which hindered the flow of our dining experience. The hostess was rude and took forever to sit us down. There was no one really there yet she acted like taking care of sitting us was the last thing she wanted to do. Food was good and service was better after we sat down.
