I want to start saying the Food and Ambiance were exactly what we were looking for, but the service was horrendous. I always hate going to places with a 20% auto gratuity because it doesn't incentivize servers to actually try to be hospitable. Our server took 15 minutes to greet us, another 25 minutes to bring our drinks and charcuterie we didn't even place our entrees until 10 minutes after we finished the board(almost an hour after we initially sat down)He said maybe 20 total...read full review
Drinks and bartenders were great! Food was terrible with no flavor and food took so long to arrive. Wouldn't ever go back for dinner but maybe just for the drinks and view.
Amazing views complement excellent food, but you pay for it. Service was occasionally a bit slow but I think they were deliberately trying not to rush us, and we were planning to be there for much of the evening, so it was fine.
