Went here on a whim on a Saturday evening after going to Gold Line. There was a line but it moved pretty quick. Enough time to look at the vast ice cream menu.
I sampled a Texas Sheet Cake and got a Miso Butterscotch Brownie. Both were delicious!
Overall, highly recommend coming here. Delicious ice cream set in a historical building. Service was nice too.
flavors were delightful! There were a variety of options to sample from, although a bit pricy,. can be difficult to find parking if the area is busy!
First time spontaneously dropping in after brunch and drinks and I am so glad we did! The ice cream was super delicious and the vibes were lovely! I had the honey vanilla bean and the buttercream birthday cake! SO GOOOD! And I enjoyed that they 1. weren’t super sweet and 2. balanced each other out pretty well. I got the Standard size which was 2 half scoops and it was 2 of the most perfectly sized half scoops! Everyone was so kind and patient while we sampled the flavors! Definitely saving this ice cream spot for next time! ❤️🍦 (PS: they have the CUTEST merch too AND you can buy a pint of your favorite flavor 😍)
Great ice cream. Very rich in flavor.
Been meaning to rate this place. Every time we go here the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we have an exceptional experience. This is also one of very few places where the ice cream doesn't upset my stomach (they actually care about the ingredients). The ice cream is perfectly smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of sweet. They also know exactly how to help indecisive people lol. A must stop if you have a hankering for dessert.
This place has some really good ice cream with good unique flavors. The only downside is the price but overall it's pretty good.
Ok but it’s just another ice cream joint who thinks it’s being hip by offering these obscure ice cream flavors. Been here a few times and the ice cream tends to be overly sugary like a Starbucks drink with too much sweet syrup in it. I also appreciate just normal good old traditional ice cream flavors. I don’t need a new twist on birthday cake or cookie dough or mint chip.
Good ice-cream but you only get a small scoop
The darkest chocolate & coffee flavor it’s my favorite .
My favorite ice cream spot in LA! Shout out to the entire staff at the Highland Park—they were all so welcoming! I tried their flavors a loooong time ago and I revisted Jeni’s in the past few months and have become obsessed. Garrett was very helpful in guiding me through their flavors and provided exemplary care during my visit today! See you soon, Jeni’s!

First time trying Jeni’s ice cream at one of their brick and mortars (Whole Foods near me carries their stuff.) The staff was patient and kind - they didn’t make me feel awful for sampling several flavors. I ended up going with their salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks - it was so good! Although they are a chain, this place is definitely worth checking out!!
I frequented the Los Feliz location but this one is closer to home now. The service was outstanding. They also had little tables to sit on inside and the service was great too.

We reached out to Jeni's to have their Street Treat Individual ice cream servings served at our wedding in August. They were so helpful working with us to get our order arranged ahead of time and pickup was a breeze. The individual servings were a huge hit with our guest, especially the kids. Thanks so much for helping make our wedding our own.
