There was a lady cook in around 5:15pm who was just unfriendly and rude. No one asked if I wanted anything on my sandwhich so when I reached out for my sandwhich she sat it on the counter. She clearly seen my hand out to reach for it. I then asked what about the toppings she then seemed annoyed and slammed a bowl full of lettuce and tomato and walked off. I asked for her name she said she didn’t feel comfortable in giving her name. I asked if she was the manager and she just walked off. This is EXTREMELY unpleasant and uncomfortable. You never know who you’re giving service to. I will be calling corporate on Monday.
**** AFTER going through reviews on this thread I’m seeing a pattern with terrible customer service to people who look like me. Hopefully that’s not the case but, I’m pulling this card!***

I had a fantastic sub from Jersey Mike’s in Toronto, and I couldn’t resist trying one from the USA. I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s Subs to my friends because of the great sub I had. We ordered delivery, and I was surprised to find that the sub was smaller than the one I had in Toronto. There wasn’t as much meat, but the taste was still good. Surprisingly, one of my friends was still hungry after her sub.

I had my brother pick up our sandwiches, we ordered three sandwiches. The two employees that were working the line COMPLETELY disregarded our order requests and didn’t even make our orders as they offer them from the menu. My bread was is old and the sandwich is sloppy, my freaking bread is smashed! How can your employees feel it is okay to serve this mess and call it food?! I have been to other locations and have NEVER had an issue! This location belongs in the trash which is where my sandwich will be going when I return it to their store! To serve this to a pregnant person is even appalling! I can’t even eat my sandwich because the thought of eating such a monstrosity makes me want to vomit. My child’s sandwich was not made correctly, my brother’s sandwich was not made correctly (AND HE WAS IN THE STORE WHEN HE ORDERED IT!), and my sandwich was not made correctly! Why IN THE WORLD would I order a California Club and a Club Sub without bacon?! I could’ve just ordered a sandwich that came without those options! My brother cannot eat cheese and did not order cheese and yet the employees put cheese on his sandwich and not on mine or my child’s sandwiches. I am beyond LIVID and have already contacted corporate. DO NOT EVER order from this disgusting excuse of a store! This was my first time and last time ordering from here!

The people working here act like they own the place. Even if that were true, they still have no right to be rude to customers. It’s like they’re forced to work here and take it out on others. Even though I bought a sandwich, they didn’t let me use the restroom. I’ll never come back here again, and I won’t recommend this place to my friends either. It’s disappointing to be treated this way in a place where I’m spending my money.
Visited this location for the first time today and will think twice about coming back. I called in for help with an order that I had placed on their app that I believed to be incorrect. Was on the phone for 10 minutes - Both team members I spoke to were beyond rude and disrespectful, not to mention gravely unhelpful. When I asked for a contact for the general manager, the guy told me that he doesn’t have one and refused to give me anything.
The staff in there are rude, inept an incompetent. The lack of attitude and customer service is just astounding. Hopefully the manager of that place starts to invest some money in customer services efforts to change this ASAP. Dissapointing.
Just wanted to leave a review and say I really enjoyed my sandwich, and more so the service. I asked for the servers rec, I think his name started with a D, I was not disappointed

Location Location Location, affects people mood and work. They were super busy and didn't pay attention to details, I clearly asked to scoop the bread but didn't. some staff have long hair and beard and didn't sound very healthy in Tiny spot with 6,7 staff working hard together.

There’s 6 to 8 people working during lunch and I’m standing there for almost 15 mins waiting to place my order the guy at the register keeps taking his hat off with his hair oily looking playing with his hair the service isn’t good why have 8 people

They are delicious, I ate the chiñen bacon ranch and they gave me a spicy taste like crushed chili with tomato, it was delicious and because it was my first time in Jersey Mikes subs they gave me a cookie, thank you very much
