Just wanted to leave a review and say I really enjoyed my sandwich, and more so the service. I asked for the servers rec, I think his name started with a D, I was not disappointed

One of the very few Jersey Mike that I allow myself to put lower that 5 star... Location Location Location, affects people mood and work. They were super busy and didn't pay attention to details, I clearly asked to scoop the bread but didn't. some staff have long hair and beard and didn't sound very healthy in Tiny spot with 6,7 staff working hard together.

There’s 6 to 8 people working during lunch and I’m standing there for almost 15 mins waiting to place my order the guy at the register keeps taking his hat off with his hair oily looking playing with his hair the service isn’t good why have 8 people Working when they don’t give you help till after 10 mins bearly asking may I help you very bad service during the lunch hrs

They are delicious, I ate the chiñen bacon ranch and they gave me a spicy taste like crushed chili with tomato, it was delicious and because it was my first time in Jersey Mikes subs they gave me a cookie, thank you very much

Just picked up a sandwich here and they are OK. Only reason why I gave it three stars was because they cut the sandwich in half and you don’t have to ask them to do that like other sandwich places. However, the bread was really soggy by the time I picked it up, which is something that they need to work on.

I used to love going to this location when the staff was different. Now everyone is different and rude, and the food is worse and more expensive! The female manager is particular was very rude with me on a few occasions. The big guy manager who was there before her and the old crew are missed!

The rude female manager argued me down over the phone that my Uber eats order didn’t come with pickles, but on Uber eats it shows I ordered that. As well as the number 8 which I ordered it shows on the receipt and that’s suppose to come with bacon and they didn’t put it on there. She said she prepared my sandwich and does the accuracy yet no bacon. She was very rude and kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me get a word in and had this rude demeanor. I purchased the sandwich today December 13th 2023 called the store around 1:06pm. So if you guys follow up you’ll know exactly who she is since she worked around that time. Also I found hair in my food too! So thanks so much won’t be ordering from you guys ever again on 8th and Hope. Lousy manger who isn’t even making enough money to act so rude and disrespectful over the phone. Anyone reading this don’t waste your time purchasing any sandwiches from there you might get hair in your food like I did and it might be incorrect too!
