For the second time in a row, the bread was hard and stale. It completely ruined the sandwich. This is a $20.00 sandwich. There is no excuse for old, hard, stale bread. Also, I asked for banana peppers on the side. Last time, they were on the sandwich. This time, there were no banana peppers at all. I'm done with Jersey Mikes.

Buyer beware. The only thing consistent about this Jersey Mike's is that they consistently get my order wrong when using the app. And they charge 10¢ for the massive paper bag and there's no way to opt out.

The rude female manager argued me down over the phone that my Uber eats order didn’t come with pickles, but on Uber eats it shows I ordered that. As well as the number 8 which I ordered it shows on the receipt and that’s suppose to come with bacon and they didn’t put it on there. She said she prepared my sandwich and does the accuracy yet no bacon. She was very rude and kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me get a word in and had this rude demeanor. I purchased the sandwich today December 13th 2023 called the store around 1:06pm. So if you guys follow up you’ll know exactly who she is since she worked around that time. Also I found hair in my food too! So thanks so much won’t be ordering from you guys ever again on 8th and Hope. Lousy manger who isn’t even making enough money to act so rude and disrespectful over the phone. Anyone reading this don’t waste your time purchasing any sandwiches from there you might get hair in your food like I did and it might be incorrect too!

Horrible customer service and leadership. I walked in around 7/8pm today to get a turkey sandwich and while I was in the middle of ordering the shift leader or boss I believe? was disciplining the girl taking my order RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. She kept going on and on about how the girl making my sub was not doing her job correct, while to me she appeared to be doing her job quite nicely. It seemed to me that the one stopping her from doing her job better was the shift lead yelling at her IN FRONT OF ME. If this is how shift leaders treat their crew mates IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS then I can only imagine how your store handles things behind closed doors. I asked the girl ringing up my sandwich if the shift lead was always like this and she just chuckled.... Please general manager and district manager if you see this, fix your store!!!!

I was tempted to call the store and personally thank them myself. i've been ordering the same tuna sandwich for years as my safe food and i have never once had a problem. the individuals there are so sweet and kind (I believe ashley(?) was one of the employees that's always so welcoming). Y'all have outdone yourselves this time. This location is the only one i go to. They never let me down. i'm going over there to personally give you all a kiss each.

Upd. Decided to give this place another chance. I ordered the same #9 cause I love it. No smile, now how are you doing. People here are not motivated. The guy at the cash register asked me TWICE if I need a combo. I reminded the lady who was putting my sandwich together that I need a bacon. And the guy at the register added extra bacon to my bill where #9 comes with a bacon alteady lmao. Are employees high there or what, cant tell. But will not visit this place again for sure Ordered #9 mini. They forgot to add any mayo or bacon. The service was good and guys were nice but come on. Always check your order before you leave. Will never come back

Usually order the club sub, chicken Philly or Philly cheesesteak but this last visit I ventured out and man. The chicken bacon ranch pictured is worth me going back again this week for round two.
I love Jersey Mike's however, this location is becoming really sloppy. For the 3rd time of me trying to be efficient and order online, my order continues to be wrong. Due to food allergies, my order is always the same but continues to be ignored. Today, I ordered at 12:13 and my order was still not ready when I came at 1:20pm and I waited another 15 minutes for them to finish my one sandwich only to get a torn bag and wrong order. I am allergic to tomatoes but the sandwich had tomatoes and I asked for pickles and the sandwich had 2 pickles. Major FAIL for the 3rd time.

Some of the most unpleasant people work at this location, they act like you are bothering them at home for your sandwichGet ready for the most sloppy put together sandwich, I've had to hold the insides of my sandwich while eating it because the bread was cut not only not in proportion with a regular size sandwich but diagonally so that half of it is falling out. The preparer didn't care when I asked to get the other half of the loaf, he just ignored me.The lady behind me asked for no onions the guy added a handful while she wasn't looking... The guy cutting the meat gave her a showing off ham because she asked about the ham type, which pissed him off for some reason. The two guys were laughing at her afterwards a she was leaving.The only reason I go to this location is because the sandwich shop selection downtown is so minimal.Jersey Mike's... Train you people better on customer relations, as it is, customers are paying a premium for your sandwiches without being guilt-tripped into ripping for such horrible service.
