I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from here. This location is great and the staff who make the sandwiches are nice.

This is actually the best location! The team worked so well with each other and they’re so kind and hardworking.

Just waited in line along with 5 other potential customers for over 7 minutes at Jersey Mike’s on Westwood Blvd. Tge staff did not acknowledge any of us as we walked in and stood in line.

Staff was working but not waiting on customers in line. They were doing tasks and busy work.

More customers walked in. After 7 minutes I just left. Jersey Mike’s on Westwood Blvd. is well below standards in the customer service department.

I felt bad coming in so close to closing tonight, but the staff was still so kind and helpful! You’ve got some really dedicated employees 👍

A new management is needed, customer service is at an all-time low.

Love Jersey Mike's! Always a good quality sandwich that's fresh sliced. They also make gluten free which is actually gluten free! No cross contamination when you say it's for an allergy. It's been 10 years since I ate a sandwich outside and I'll be back again and again!

Bad service. Not one smile. Guy let me struggle to carry my food and no napkins. For over $20 a sandwich I should have it bagged in my opinion. Being charged a ton anyways what's the use on mentioning he's charging me .10 cents for a bag. ?

First time going to this jersey mikes. I get that the employees might hate their lives, but it's no reason to treat customers like dirt. Serious attitude coming from these guys. It really should not be tolerated. I was being kind, and the 2 employees in there were being total scumbags. And looking at the reviews it seems as though other people were having the same experience. Go to another jersey mikes. Screw this place.

Came to this place after four months and same issues.
People who work here needs to be fired as they seem to be very disrespectful and bad attitude.

Blanca was the absolute rudest jersey mikes employee I've ever been in contact with.....I asked for a ham, salami and american cheese she said I was going to have to pay extra....so I said I've never been charged extra finally I found out the number 11 is what I usually order I wasn't sure if it was 5 or 11. Sarcastically she says we'll it's 11 not 5. If you don't like your job and don't like working with people and helping people figure out what number sandwich since all the numbers aren't posted then don't work there. I work locally I won't ever come back here.
