It's a shame that it's not around the south bay area because I will be making my trip to go and get me some penguins yogurt tomorrow I usually go to Penguins in Redondo Beach off of Nob Hill and Pacific Coast Highway. I love the place they also had one by the old town mall off 190th in Hawthorne. Penguins used to be my favorite yogurt place for many reasons, the yogurt was good, they had a large selection of low-carb options, the prices were decent, and the service was excellent. Since the new owner took over, almost half of the machines are broken and he only changes the flavors once a week. The only reason I continue to patronize this establishment and gave them more than two stars is Mary. Penguin's brings back nostalgic memories of the frozen yogurt of my childhood. I haven't been here in years and it looks exactly as I remember it. You can take your yogurt to-go but there are also plenty of tables and chairs in shop. The place looked very clean. Customer service was wonderful.There was a small line when I came in but it moved fast. They give free samples of the yogurt before you buy.
