My son was eating his sandwich and chewed something really hard and when he spit it out....it was a nail.. this is very careless and unsanitary. He could have choked.. I will be seeking help since no one has reached out to resolve the issue.

This is my 2nd post because Darryl from a Canada store called me and asked me to change the location because it is showing up on his end. Wanted a nice turkey provolone sandwich and decided to try Jersey Mikes! This sandwich was so yummy, I added pickles, jalapeños, pepper relish, mustard, lettuce, and tomato on wheat bread! Very tasty!!

There is no space available in the parking lot offered by the arra, it is very busy at USC. This restaurant was not designed for the general public, only for students because they did not think about the entire community.

Best Jersey Mikes I've ever been to! Amazing customer service! always super clean and always polite and helpful. Freddy, Oscar and D'Angelo are amazing. They're super helpful and friendly and are always quick w my food. They got skills when it comes to sandwich making and the presentation makes it look like my sandwich was made for a commercial. Restroom is always spotless and the tables are always spotless. Def my favorite Jersey Mike's. I'll be back again for sure!

Showed up around 4 and saw a huge group & long line but the people making the sandwiches and the manager were so professional,patient & fast that there was little to no wait at all! This jersey mikes is a nice little gem in the area! Mikes Way is the Only Way :) I come here probably 3 times a week you guys rock !!!!

The food is great, and the people are friendly, but they are so slow. This is true of every Mike's I've been too. The order in which they make sandwiches and the speed at which they make the sandwiches is ridiculously inefficient. Furthermore, they spend a lot of time chatting with each other. As a man from the northeastern United States, this would because for issues. They make sandwiches quick af in Jersey.

I had a disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's Subs. The staff's professionalism left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to greet me, but they seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. It's unfortunate when a lack of basic courtesy can overshadow the food.
