Made me wait for my sandwich and never served me the sandwich when it was already ready the entire time!! They might be busy but I was the only person who had to wait, and they never gave me a heads up so I felt targeted. I just needed a quick meal but ended up hangry. 😡🤬 Give me a free sub next time.
Staff was really friendly. Excellent service. And took some care in making gluten free sandwiches.

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s at LAX while changing terminals. The food was fine, and the prices were high, but that’s expected at the airport. They did mention there would be a wait for the hot chicken sub, but it still took around 20 minutes, which felt like a lot. Also, they were pretty light on the sauce, which made the sandwich a bit dry. Overall, okay for a quick airport bite, but there’s room to improve.

I don’t often take the time to review, especially in an airport, but they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe after finding out I ordered GF bread because I’m a celiac! Truly during a busy evening (Wednesday, October 1) they cleaned the machines, knives, and got separate fresh ingredients for me. They also were so friendly through the whole thing. It’s greatly appreciated when you’re used to feeling like an inconvenience! Thank you!

15min wait behind about 12 orders. Bread was not like normal Jersey Mikes bread. It seemed stale. I normally love Jersey Mikes but this location disappointed. I tossed the 2nd half of the sandwich.

Flyer Beware. They say they close at 11, but kitchen was closed at 10:20. We left because we couldn’t get the food we walked 2 terminals to get.

Traveled 5-12-25. Love JM, but a bit pricy...$19.20 for 6 inch combo. However, it is a LAX, so par for the course. Food was standard JM quality, no complaints. Seating to eat was tough to find in that area. Very crowded in T-2.

Beware. Got severe food poisoning. Gate 22 Jersey Mike's LAX. Eat at your own risk.

The staff here is great, the problem is the ingredients are much lower quality than a typical Jersey Mike’s.

The beef was tasty and the toppings were also very good. The bread wasn’t the freshest, but overall it was still enjoyable.
Andy, Aidan, and Erin, went truly above and beyond to make sure no cross contamination occurred for someone with a severe gluten allergy/ celiac disease. They wiped down the machine THOROUGHLY, changed gloves, used ingredients from new containers, and even used fresh meat and cheese for us. And they did it all with a smile. They did not look annoyed in the slightest. Even as the line stacked up, they didn't rush or seem annoyed. We've never been anywhere that was this accommodating and made us feel like we WEREN'T being a burden. This experience was truly incredible and the three of them deserve a raise, or the very least a bonus.
