the workers are fine and the food is what it is. the 10% “concession recovery fee” is bull shit. also no listed added price for gluten free. all in all + ~ $5 than the listed price. ~$19 for a jersey mike’s sub with no chips or drink is crazy work

Aiden from the LAX airport made quite the impression as he was friendly and helpful, there was 8 workers behind the counter on their phones except aiden he took over 3 different orders and completed all of them solo while everyone else didn't .

Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever had - they only had white bread and it was stale, they didn’t sell minis only regulars and they were $17.15!! They didn’t put more than a couple of drops of vinegar and oil on so it was dry. So disappointing for a $17.15 sandwich.

Had a great experience and customer service was excellent! Flight got delayed by 10 hrs and they made sure I was taken care of ! 🙏🏾

Boo-boo sandwich I thought I took a bite into a raw octopus the turkey meat was sooooo squishy no flavor also stank attitudes you could smell I almost slipped in a wet puddle if you don’t like where you work it shows especially in food don’t waist your time I just through away money and time

Great subs—club and Philly cheesesteak. Loved the peppers in the cheesesteak. Professional and friendly staff. Had an airline voucher but it didn’t work so went ahead and paid. After working out the issue with an airline rep, went back and they gladly took it off our bill.

I love our local Jersey Mike's so I thought why not try Jersey Mike's at the LAX Airport. Mistake. The service was terrible, sub was OK barely. It cost $24.59 for a 6" sub and the 25 oz. water. Water was $8.50! Yep, not a typo. $8.50 for a can of water.....never again.

Spent 25 minutes waiting and they didn't make anything, had to ditch the establishment because of a flight I had to board. So I didn't even get the sandwhich. Do not eat here.

Honestly I loved the subs. They have cold meat subs or hot beef/chicken cheese subs. The price is obviously going to be expensive; you're at an airport after all. But quality wise there's nothing to complain about. Would recommend the kahuna cheese chicken sub, or world famous Philly cheese steak sub. Both took about 10 minutes to make fresh and came out piping hot. Also did not experience bad customer service like the others did. Seriously though, it's fast food not fine dining, lower your expectations.
