I got the stomach bug virus for like 2 weeks. I couldn't even for days. Everything would hurt. On the 4th day, empty stomach. I felt a slight relief. My stomach finally made a grumbling soft little noise. I knew. I asked my students if they knew a spot. They said Jim's. So I went. I ordered the double cheeseburger. I waited. They called 81. I received it. I bit it. Tell me why tears fell. Tell me why the fries were not too soggy, not too crispy. Tell me the sauce...

This place is an East los Angeles landmark with great friendly service and food that always hits the spot whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner you can be sure you will be satisfied.

Came by the other day to try the place out. Parking kind of sucks since it's shared with another business. Atmosphere is chill.Got the cheeseburger combo. Burger was great. Fries fresh of the fryer but lacked seasoning.Person taking orders not very welcoming or friendly. I get it. It's minimum wage.Overall would be a 3 out of 5.
