Chilaquiles was always a favorite in my house. It was usually enjoyed the morning after a big party where we would use leftover chips, salsa, and two eggs and whatever else was left over to make a delicious breakfast. This vegan version checks all the boxes with house fried corn tortilla chips, house made roja salsa, black beans , Tofu scramble, pico de Gallo, crema, fresh radish and micro cilantro. Contains soy, corn, onions.

This cafe has an all vegan menu, with vegetarian options- the inverse of what you normally get. They have a beautiful patio where you are visited by lil birdy friends asking politely for crumbs. The menu evolves and there are different drool-worthy pastries daily.

My wife and I loooove Just What I Kneaded (the pop tarts are insane; the crunch wraps are a MUST!) and Justine's Wine Bar (all around one of our favorite date spots), but I'm writing this review specifically to rave about the amazing and most perfect wedding cake that Kneady Cakes/ Just What I Kneaded created for our wedding day!

Our cake was vegan and gluten free - we wanted gluten free since my mother is celiac (she was very grateful for a GF cake...
