I love getting take out from this restaurant. They really know what they are doing. All the ingredients are super fresh and never overcooked. The veggies always have a vibrant color, and is cooked through for optimal flavor but still crisp. I've had shrimp, chicken, beef, pork and veggie dishes -- all very flavorful and never greasy or congealed. I love that the food is always piping hot! And their little touches are really smart. They use thick plastic bags, so the food is still hot when you get home, and the rice carton is set upside down on top, where the bag is cinched, so you don't have that thing where cartons fall over. And did I mention that they are super fast? Great spot!

We came for their lunch special. Portions are huge! We ordered eggplant and lo mein with chicken which came with a delicious egg roll and your choice of soup and a side of fried rice or steamed rice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This restaurant left us hungry on Christmas when they didn't have our food prepared for the multiple delivery drivers that waited. Any time we tried to call, it went to a broken voicemail. I know it's a busy holiday, but this was pretty ridiculous and could have been planned for.

Flavorful food and sizable portions and pieces! Great lunch and dinner specials also it comes with a an egg soup. The food comes quick and the service is great! I've been coming here for a few years and the food is always good. The staff is friendly as usual. I do remember before they would serve the wonton strips and sweet sauce before your order but they don't do it anymore. It was really good and was paired greatly with the soup. I think they're for sale now. Foods always solid and the pricing always good.

There was a saying up in Monterey / Carmel county just south of San Francisco, talking about all of the very pricey restaurants in that area: "The food was just OK, the service was just OK but at least it was expensive"! That was not the case here at K & A Canton today at lunch; the saying here would read: "The food was just OK, the service was just OK but at least it was very inexpensive"! That was its saving grace! Us four old high school buddies got together for lunch and ordered fried duck with plum sauce, shrimp pot stickers, sautéed spinach and fried rice. It was all (just) "OK" and thank the heavens it was cheap. If it was expensive, I would have "cut" these old fools loose. Up in NoCal, this Duck lunch would have been $70 a head. Here in SoCal, it was $25 a head. I mean was it nice seeing "My Crew" again - Yes. Should the food have just been a prop that brought us all back together - Yes. Should I have been such a schtickler about the food - No. But, I can't help myself. My food bar is wayyyyyyyyy too high. I think, I'll blame this malady on my wife. She trained me like a good obedient dog to always care about what you eat. But, it sure was nice, being together with these idiots, good cuisine or not.

This place is da bomb! I've been to this shopping center plenty of times and just found it recently. The food is EXCEPTIONAL! The vegetables are nice, crisp and most of all fresh! The fish, scallops, shrimp, beef, etc is juicy and delicious. It's not salty at all, which I found a lot others to be. The service is excellent and the food comes out quickly. (Because we're hungry lol) I'll be coming here again and as often as I can. No place else will do. I know you'll enjoy it too.
