If you are in the area of Echo Park, then you have to stop by for their fresh crunchy banh mi sandwich and a cake of any kindđź’– first time here since I was working in the area and needed a break. The service was attentive, kind and fast. The menu simple and delicious. I only got a pic of the cake because I already ate the sandwich. The private patio is clean and cute, AND they have parking!
I stopped by Kien Giang Bakery and was so impressed! I ordered the turkey and cheese croissant, which was absolutely delicious—especially with the pickled carrots and radish that gave it a banh mi twist. Their banh mis are a very underrated gem. Secret little private patio is very cute, great to meet someone for a chat and lunch. The service is always lovely. Private parking lot as well đź‘Ť
