Wow from a person that's lived around the area for a few years (and worked around even longer), this place was hidden in plain sight. If I had known their ramen is exceptional, I would've been here sooner.Got to try the white tonkotsu and chicken ramen... yes... I said chicken ramen. Both of the broth had its own unique, distinct flavor and it was delicious. Would recommend and definitely would come back to try more items.The only downside is it's street parking.
Kai Ramen specializes in authentic ramen , it tastes just like the ramen you might get in Japan. They serve several types of noodles and soups, along with a great selection of other favorites. Their dumping's are amazing and always cooked to perfection. They never use packaged manufactured soup. All of their soups and everything else is prepared fresh daily and it makes a huge difference. now i’m very particular with ramen spots, This place was very good! the ramen wasn’t really the issue, maybe the broth was on the lighter side and the medium a bit spicer than i thought. but overall a classic bowl and i would come again.
