Amazing quality of a lounge very relaxed and not overly crowded on a Sunday evening the staff is very considerate and polite I came in at 4:20 they let me know they’ll be closing soon at 5pm and still accommodating me with a shower from my 16 hour flight and 5 more to go. If I’m in lax again I would stop by again for sure. It is confusing to get to but that’s because of lax airport layout can’t blame that on the lounge.

There are plenty of seats and it's quiet. There is a veranda seat so you can see inside the airport.
You can eat or relax while watching. It is free for passengers with Korean Air Prestige seats or higher. Companions of Prestige seat passengers are not permitted.

Hard to find with no clear direction signs. Immediately after TSA inspection, take left then take the elevator to the 5th floor. Very spacious and clean. Limited food selection, lacking some essentials like black tea!

This lounge is just sad. No energy, nobody there - of course, because the offering is pathetic. Your beer choices are Coors Lite or Miller Lite. The buffet looks less enticing than breakfast at a Motel 6. What happened here. Why even have a lounge? We left and paid for a decent beer and some food instead.

Really bad business lounge. Terrible food, not much choice. Stuck here for 11 hours after KAL flight delay :(

Quiet lounge mid day Monday. Sparse food selection & the only beer/alcoholic beverage available is coors light or Miller light. Flying SAS today so guess I'll make the trek out to the air france lounge.

Friendly greeting but downhill after that. The lounge was almost empty but trash from previous guests strewn everywhere. There was slim pickings for food. As one previous guest commented after a few years of being there often, the menu doesn't change except where 2 juices were available previously now only orange. Dry sandwiches, greasy chicken wings, rice , potatoes, unappetizing pasta salad, celery and a type of cup of noodles!! Oh and some muffins. This is a business class lounge?? No bar, just basic liquors, one red and one white, on a counter by the cereal and in another area canned sodas and tonic.
Unfortunately our flight is late so we are doomed to spend more time here...

Aside from everything else, Korean counter staff seem to be well-suited to service positions. I'm just in a bad mood 0.

The atmosphere is worse than Martina. Why did Prestige Lounge become like this? In addition to the negative effects of the credit card company, this is just a decline in the quality of Korean Air's service.

There are not many kinds of food. The only drinks are coffee, orange juice, instant noodles, fruits, three types of pasta and fried rice. It’s no problem to eat enough.
The resting space is quite large and nice.

There are few food choices and they are not tasty. The hot water for instant noodles is not hot enough and the noodles are not soft enough, so it is almost impossible to eat them.
The shower room is limited to 20 minutes (you need to press your ticket at the counter first). The shower rooms are relatively old and there are only three. If you want to use them, it is recommended to register at the counter first when you arrive there.
The opening hours are very strange. There were several nights when the store even opened at 20:00. There was a young girl with short hair and a mask at the counter who had a bad attitude.

Let's see I have been going to this lounge for over 2 years like every 6 weeks. And let me tell you the food hasn't changed. The selection of alcohol isn't great either. If you have AMEX Platinum head to their lounge for better election of food & drinks.
The area is nice to chill though. I give 5 stars for the lounge facilities.
