The food here is horrible the service was okay the atmosphere was horrible the parking lot was garbage everywhere the location is horrible homeless people everywhere and the seating area damaged my new white skirt because the seat area was dirty
Dragon Roll and Margarita had my mouth watering ☺️ Honestly such good vibes you know it's lit when a few tables all of a sudden break out singing to the song they have playing. Staff was wonderful they were so pleasant every time they came to drop something off or just to check in on us to see if we needed anything and I can't stress this enough, it was not only our waiter but the food runner was such good vibes and personally made me feel cared for. We stayed a while enjoying the atmosphere, drinks and music and they were not at all pushy or seemed annoyed. So glad we went with our waiters food and drink recommendations. My only regret is not getting his name to give him a shout out. Loved the shot presentation not only did our waiter guide us in selecting the right tequila for us but it was definitely a show stopper when they served it and ignited the flame, Instagram worthy if I was only quick enough. Most definitely would come again. Five stars. Would tell a friend, would bring my grandma.

I can't complain about the food. It was cheap Taco Tuesday. But I wanted to just stop by, get a few tacos and go back home to work. It took about 10 minutes to get seated. As I type this, I asked for the check 19 minutes ago. Still waiting. I wanted to come in and be out efficiently

I had my birthday party here and the staff were super accommodating for my large party. Lots of staff checking in with us for our needs. I honestly felt like a princess with how above and beyond the staff was. Food and drinks are 10/10. It's quite loud there but other than that quite the space.

I had a wet burrito and the flavor was bomb af. The meat had a lot of flavor and the sauce was great too. My girlfriend hasld the queso birria tacos. She said they were good but a little messy. Paid around 300 for 5 plates, one appetizer, a side of fries two alcoholic drinks and a flight of 4 drinks. I would definitely come back again. The music playing was a vibe and the aesthetics were cool

Always a fun experience. Came for happy hour again. Gloryzen always provides the best service while helping several tables. It’s. So much fun here and enjoyed celebrating my bday during their breakfast buffet on a Sunday. I haven’t got to other locations but I like who this location has the back patio/outdoor area. If you want a fun and casual vibe with great drinks and service, I definitely recommend.

I always frequent the Pasadena Kalaveras for Taco Tuesday and Happy Hour. Today I wanted to try the Silver Lake location. We were seated immediately. Fernando took our order just as quickly. He is an AMAZING waiter and should be commended for his excellent service. When i let him know that the double margaritas we ordered weren't doubles, he immediately let the manager know. Vicky the Manager was extremely rude and argumentative when I let her know that the Double Margaritas we ordered were NOT doubles, Vicky tried to tell me that it was because happy hour tequila is different. Now I'm a bartender and no matter what tequila you use for drinks, whether it's house tequila or premium tequila a Double is a Double. Unless your watering down your tequila for Happy Hour. Vicky instead of trying to fix the problem was dead-set on making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Vicky spoke over me and didn't let me finish a sentence. Horrible customer service on her behalf and when the bartender remade our drinks (which were definitely doubles) Vicky NEVER checked on us to see if we were satisfied. She walked by us on 9 different occasions and NEVER delivered our drinks, instead had someone else deliver our remade drinks. Vicky is definitely not ready to be a manager and should NÒT be a manager until she undergoes some extensive customer relations and Management training. This experience has made me not want to return to this location. If it wasn't for Fernando and our bartender, Justino who, from 1 bartender to another, made some great drinks, the review didnt even deserve the 1 star I had to give the Silver Lake location based on Vicky's lack of management skills. She needs to be removed from this position.
The restaurant is a little small compared to other locations but has the same quality food and drinks as the others. Nice restaurant staff here also, never any complaints from me or my parties of 2, 3, 6 etc.

Waiter seemed visibly annoyed with our party of 5 from the beginning. Food took a really long time to be brought to us and our soft drinks took even longer! Plates were inconsistent. Waiter didn’t check in with us to ask if we needed anything. They then spilled some of the soft drink on someone and didn’t even offer to refill it.
