It was a delicious shop with handmade gyoza. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the menu was all about gyoza.Kids can eat it too, and it feels like a comfortable place to spend time.If you want to eat gyoza, I recommend this place!

The food is excellent. Even if you are famished, go slow. It's fresh out of the pan and piping hot? I got the shrimp dumplings in soup broth and my son got the pork dumplings pan fried. Yum!

So good!! Food: Amazing. I ordered the assorted yaki gyoza (veggie pork chicken and shrimp) and it was so good I ordered 6 more pork gyoza. Perfectly cooked with a nice crisp to the bottom, amazing flavor, and so juicy. They have different ways to prepare, I think yaki, maybe steam (don't quote me) and in the soup. The soup was also really flavorful and good (and hot haha watch out). They also have a ton of side sauces to choose from, but I love the basic ponzu. Better gyoza than a lot of ramen shops (IMO those usually have too much garlic) and reminded me of great gyoza spots in japan. Price: dude so cheap. I bought food for two people: an assorted bento, an assorted 6 piece, rice, and edamame for around $30. Ambiance: super chill, decent amount of seating, not super loud and can have convos easilyCustomer service: super friendly, explains everything, super cute drawings on the containers, quick as well.I think it's fairly new so business is still trickling in. Hoping they thrive so that I can keep coming back, I'll definitely be craving this again very soon.

Dumplings were tasty, preference for the shrimp. Pork soup was super tasty, huge online order came in just before so wait was unusually long. Notuch of an ambience, but a good playlist.

Little Tokyo is crazzzzzzzzy busy but was able to pop in and out (including sitting down for lunch). Very simple menu but that's how you know they're good at what they make. Enjoyed my meal and was able to relax a bit before exploring the rest of the area.

The quality of the food is great. Everything is freshly made. They have a good assortment of fillings for the gyozas and different ways of having them cooked. They didn't take long to cook them and bring them to the table. The only thing is that the place is a bit tight. When I went, the high tables at the front of the restaurant were the only place open for seating. Each table only fits 8 customers at a time, and theres only 2 tables. So, at times, there would be a wait for seating.

Unassuming place from the outside. We thought it was closed because of the banners hanging down. Good vegan options my parents got the vegan bento box. I had the pork and my brother had the chicken. Super delicious! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area. Staff were also v sweet :) thank you!

Damn this place was good! Got a couple of plates of the chicken and pork. Made to order. Small inside but the food is worth the weight.

Came around for work lunch with my colleagues. It's located next to the new-ish annex/food hall by DaiKoKuya. Inside's pretty tight-meaning that there isn't a lot of room during busy hours of lunch. There's a bunch of stools and communal tables. Kaminari has a bunch of different kinds of gyoza fillings - shrimp, chicken and pork. I got the lunch special, which is your choice of gyoza, rice + spaghetti and veggies. I got the shrimp gyoza for the lunch special. It's definitely a good amount of food for the price but to be honest, a very weird pairing with gyoza. My colleague told me she usually just gets several orders of gyoza with different fillings to go for dinner, which I think is genius. I personally was a fan of the shrimp gyoza - crispy and not too much oil. It seems all of the fillings were a hit with everyone that came out for lunch. I'm glad that it's a short subway ride from my office so I can potentially grab dinner from here whenever I feel like it. Anyways, highly recommend to at least grab take out from here. Staff are super nice and even draw on the containers, which makes it extra cute.
