I placed a pickup order for two Spicy Tuna Rolls and instead received hand rollsādespite clearly selecting āROLLā on the menu. The restaurantās own website shows photos of cut rolls, so it was obvious what I was expecting. When I called to resolve the issue, they refused to fix their mistake. Instead of apologizing or offering to send the correct items, they told me to walk back to the restaurant in the hot sun to return the foodāeven though the error was on their end. They didnāt offer to deliver the correct order or take any responsibility. They were apparently okay with losing a long-time customer over a $25 refund. Iāve been visiting this restaurant for over 5 years, and this was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, when I contacted their delivery platform (Dylish), the restaurant falsely claimed I received what I paid forāeven though I have clear screenshots proving otherwise. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally, and no one seemed to care that I was sent the wrong order. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. I wonāt be returning, and I recommend others order elsewhere.

The food was horrible. My ramen was burnt, I donāt know how you can burn ramen? but it was charred the seaweed part, plus all fat pieces of pork & no meat, the sushi rolls werenāt good either it spoiled my appetite and our waitress had a very bad attitude from the moment she sat us down. Even my child picked up on it and mentioned sheās being rude. And it was almost 100$ā¦ no I didnāt tip.
