Excellent service, outstanding customer attention, and very fast service. The food was delicious with an authentic flavor, and the spicy option was a great touch. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, I would definitely come back.
The pork belly in my ramen was low quality. Broth was good but not great. Presentation of the bowl could be better. Service was good and friendly. Decor is average. 4 stars overall.
Everything is always perfect. Ask for extra spicy sauce w your tonkatsu

HiroNori Craft Ramen offers wonderful, delicious food, including the most delicious rice bowl and tea, vegan ramen and dumplings, and sublime tonkotsu ramen dish combo with savory broth and tender meat. The pork buns are delicious too. The place is cute with a homey atmosphere and intimate space offering different dining experiences, like bar seating facing the kitchen or the window. The staff are all friendly, nice, and caring, though sometimes hard to get a hold of. Some tables were sticky, and the ramen was a little bland, needing more salt. There is included gratuity. Street parking is free and easy. The quality bar is consistently high, making it a great little ramen spot open late that is worth a visit.
