i’ve eaten at this place around 50 times and the food never tastes good, it’s not the spices it’s the ingredients. They don’t cook with fresh ingredients, everyone who works back in there knows that. Their prices are the highest in the area with at least 5-6 other restaurants and grocery stores. If you’re unlucky enough you can even get expired groceries. Yeah so not fresh food, meat smells almost rotten, they don’t cook tough meats for long enough, bad oil used. I really mean it cause i ate there a lot and hated going there after some time.Try out other places before settling with this with such high prices for no quality.

We came here a few times during road trips to LA. Kacchi was excellent. Kids loved the large daal puris. Lunch specials were great

This place definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I didn’t expect the food to be so good and it was so reasonable. They had a variety of veg and non vegetarian items. The food is well prepared and tastes like home cooked. The quantity they serve is a lot. It’s a small cozy eatery with a grocery store that carries most bengali food items. The variety of fish is amazing. A must visit for folks looking for authentic Bengali cuisine.

The grocery store here is well stocked. The quality of the food is average. Sometimes old and stale food is served. The employees have no etiquette or manners.

First time customer and absolutely loved it. Dine in, takeout, with people, alone, all good experiences. My favorite part is the roti! The booths offer a great way to dine in and the lunch special is an amazing deal. Dessert selection is superb and there's even a store within the place with imported products and halal meat.
This place is a gem.

Best place for Bangladeshi breakfast. Handmade paratha, alu bhaji, dim bhaji, chaa. That’s all you need.

Visiting LA from PNW, I have tried several (3) Bangladeshi Restaurants. Kasturi won the top rank among them for its authentic Bangladeshi food, price, and hospitality. This restaurant beat the others on food quality and price. What I like most about Kasturi is they avoid using too much oil in their food yet somehow able to bring the authentic Bangladeshi taste in their food. Love it !

The atmosphere could be better but I wouldn’t mind the existing one if the atmosphere improvement comes with higher price 😅.

Oh, their “Misti” (the while long one) is the best Misti I have had in both Bangladesh and in the states —- soft, juicy, and not too sweet.

Wish you opened a branch in Seattle !

Chicken biryani and Goat curry were my favorite dishes. They do have option for vegetarian food. Service was good and atmosphere was relaxing. Prices were reasonable when it comes comparison to quality and quantity. Would visit again!
