Of all the restaurants in all the world…. Seriously, there’s the pulled noodle place in Shenzhen, the cozy garden in Taormina, the fish house in the Yucatán, the grill in Hong Kong. And this? Yes! Yes! Brilliant!! Inexpensive!! So fun and full of all the right flavors. Of all my favorites in all the world, if they were all outside my door I think I might end up here the most. Feels exclusive, limited but awesome cocktails (the dry sushi cup) and the incredible balance...
