The food was the issue. Bland food. Couldn't even taste the Ahi. My spouse had to ask for salt and pepper, which is hardly ever the case, especially at this price point. So we paid for the convenience of location, good service and nice atmosphere, bit certainly not the food. And....oh yeah, the beans that came with the salmon were seriously undercooked.
My server checked in with me a few minutes after I was seated. The server observed I was waiting on someone. I confirmed someone else was joining me, but that I was going to order before they arrived anyway. The Server acknowledged this as he poured the water and walked away. The server did not return to get my order for at least 20 minutes. I tried to get their attention a few times, but they missed my gestures. Then after my guest arrived it took another 15-20 minutes before...
They don't pay any attention to the notes or requests that you put on your Open Table reservations. We request 1 of 2 particular table and when we arrive they tell us the tables are occupied. Many tables were empty when we arrived but the 2 we requested were occupied. They should start reading the reservation requests other than the time.
