Located inside the Conrad Hotel, this Michelin-starred restaurant is flawless in every way. The view alone is worth the price of admission—having a stunning view of the Walt Disney Concert Hall right from your table is a uniquely LA experience.Dinner was especially unforgettable—the seafood dishes were incredibly fresh and bursting with rich flavors. I went here to celebrate w my 93 year old uncle. He loved everything we had. The GM came out and made sure we felt right at home. This will now become a tradition when i am in LA.
The prawns were incredibly fresh, with absolutely no fishy smell. The sauce had the savory aroma of dried shrimp, with a hint of sour and spicy flavor, like a Spanish version of ceviche. A bite of shrimp followed by a bite of crispy potato created a wonderfully rich texture.
