The food was good. However, I waited 25 minutes for yucca, only for it to be mid in flavor. My pupusa was cold by the time I got to eat it because it took them so long to make the order. I wouldn’t say it’s anything worth going to or waiting for.

I was really hoping for something special given the bustling market setting, but the pupusas were pretty mediocre. The flavor overall was just very average, and the ratio felt off—there was a lot of thick dough and not enough filling to balance it out. Okay what can I say. 4 pupusas for $27. That is insanely expensive. And 100% not worth it.
I feel like it’s that expensive because the place was used in the filming of LALA Land and it’s inside the Grand Central Market.
I got 1 revuelta, 1 cheese & bean, 1 shrimp, & 1 broccoli. They didn’t separate them and the revuelta & bean and cheese looked similar. The shrimp was bland and hardly any shrimp it was also thicker than the others so the masa on...read full review
