Unfortunately had a very rude lady. There was no line and so I thought it would be quick to grab a water. the kiosk option said smart water sold out on the kiosk so I proceeded to the register. I was ignored and then when I asked if I could just pay for the water, she snapped and said " could you just wait?!?" With a scowl and an attitude she proceeded to give out orders and sauces to everyone else. After a good 8 minutes I was finally able to purchase my water. She rung it on the register and walked away. Just about the worst customer service I have experienced. Rude, attitude, tone of voice. Zero stars.

Horribly long que, only one monitor is avaliable to take an order. Staff do not take orders at all. There is around 2 options of food to choose from. The food is absolutely disgusting, chicken probably cooked ages ago, dried out, fries soaked in oil, and the whole burger tasted "rotten". It was a total waste of money and time.

I ordered at the kiosk then went to sit down to wait for my bowl. I came back and they said it would be ready soon. There were lots of impatient customers next to me getting angry, i asked one more rime a little later just to find that my food was ready and was (accidentally) hidden behind the paper napkin dispenser. Overall VERY disappointed.

Don't order here, you just get fried chicken skin and even if it was real chicken the rest was horrible

Can someone tell me why one of my best KFC experiences was in an airport? I waited about 15-20 minutes for my food (considering both standing in line and waiting for my food), but guys, service was fast! There were at least 20-30 people in line so to get food that fast was surprising. And this is one of those restaurants where you order your food through a tablet, they call out your number and you pick it up-- easy in eat out! I had their crispy sandwich combo, which I found to be crispy and delicious! Their fries were properly seasoned, which I appreciated, and came with decent portions and ketchup. I did find the diet coke to lack syrup, but I'm not gonna let that affect my review. If you're looking for a cheap bite, great vibes, and don't mind waiting in a longer line, try KFC out! I mean, you can't go wrong with a crispy chicken sandwich, some delicious fries, and a side of your favorite soda:)

I have worked at KFC restaurant's in Australia for several years, i have never purchased such poor quality food from KFC before, the Hot Chips (or Fries as the American's call them) where over cooked and from the taste the oil was way past the change by date as well, the chicken tenders where 20% meat and the rest was not, 80% of the meal was thrown out

There was only one person working at the counter, who was clearly over capacity and wouldn't answer any questions I had. I ordered a combo (chicken, potatoes, drink, and biscuits in the picture above the counter), but it didn't come with biscuits, so when I asked about it, all they said was "That's all!" so I gave up. (I still wonder why it was in the photo if it didn't come with biscuits.)Kid-friendliness: I used it for transit, so I was disappointed that it gave my child a bad impression that America was scary.

I worked at this KFC in LAX. The worst job ever. I can explain why everything is so horrible at this KFC.This KFC franchise is operated by HMSHost. The general manager of this KFC is also responsible for Panda Express as well. The general manager and assistant manager are both lazy, incompetent, inept, and incredibly greedy to maximize their quarterly bonus. Management intentionally refuses to staff KFC in order to save money on the labor budget, therefore profoundly increasing their bonus money. KFC needs at least 6 more employees on top of few employees that work at this franchise to cope with the high volume of customers. The managers refuse to work past 3pm and don't work weekends, don't come in on their days off.The managers both refuse to work at KFC and spend their entire shift working at Panda Express with 12 other employees, leaving the 2 or 3 KFC employees to handle everything on their own. It's chaos. The kiosks are often turned off because the one or two employees in the back cannot keep up with the high volume of tickets. If all theosks are on and used to place orders, we get over 200 tickets an hour. One or two employee's cannot handle that volume. This explains why ticket times are 40 minutes. We need 4 workers in the back to handle 200 tickets an hour. High ticket volume and 1 or 2 cooks is the reason why when you get your order, the fries are thrown in the box with the tenders. The tenders are from Tyson and not KFC. KFC sandwiches should have two tenders. There is no chicken patties. Most of kitchen equipment is not functionimg properly, so dont be surprised if your mash potatoes/gravy/corn/bread buns is cold and the mayo and lettuce is warm. Management refuses to fix/replace broken equipment in order to maximize their bonus money. Not enough employees to make fried chicken, the equipment is there , not the employees . So, no fried chicken. You can thank management for that. Also there is not enough employees to change out the fryer oil everyday, so if your french fries or tenders have black flakes all over them, it's not pepper, it's burned food particles. The bread buns, cheese, mayo, bacon are generic products and not KFC brand. Only the mash potatoes(powder), gravy(powder) and corn (frozen), biscuits(frozen) are KFC. French fries are 50% of the time KFC brand and 50% of the the off brand fries. So your order is not 100% KFC approved products. You are being ripped off.The managers are so desperate to increase their bonus, they got rid of Pepsi and went with Coke who offered cheaper prices. But drink prices didn't go down. The main problem at this KFC is greedy, lazy, incompetent and inept general manager and assistant manager. The managers and HMSHost is trashing KFC's brand. KFC needs to close this location.

Not sure why there is a KFC at Tom Bradley. Maybe it's an iconic American chain that all international visitors should try? Food is good and similar to other KFCs. Pricing is a bit more expensive but this is the norm for all airport food. The terminal is clean and offers plenty of space to dine. It can be loud. It's an airport though so what do you expect. Food came out quickly and the service was straight forward.
