Horribly long que, only one monitor is avaliable to take an order. Staff do not take orders at all. There is around 2 options of food to choose from. The food is absolutely disgusting, chicken probably cooked ages ago, dried out, fries soaked in oil, and the whole burger tasted "rotten". It was a total waste of money and time.
I ordered at the kiosk then went to sit down to wait for my bowl. I came back and they said it would be ready soon. There were lots of impatient customers next to me getting angry, i asked one more rime a little later just to find that my food was ready and was (accidentally) hidden behind the paper napkin dispenser. Overall VERY disappointed.

Unfortunately had a very rude lady. There was no line and so I thought it would be quick to grab a water. the kiosk option said smart water sold out on the kiosk so I proceeded to the register. I was ignored and then when I asked if I could just pay for the water, she snapped and said " could you just wait?!?"
