Quite possibly worst neapolitan pizza on Planet Earth. They cook them at too low a temp and for far too long, turning the dough into a brown disk resembling something between hardtack and terracotta roofing tiles. I watched them pull out ten pizzas in a row, all of them similarly burnt and dried out. I choked down half of one. Absolute garbage.
Had a margherita with sausage, pretty okay I guess
The staff had great attitude and they delivered the pizza very good.

800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen offers decent pizza at a moderate price. The wood-fired pizza is a nice change from standard airport fast food, with fresh tomatoes and basil. While extra toppings can be pricey, the pizza is a good option for 1-2 people looking for a hot meal at LAX airport. The pizza crust was too thin and not enough sauce, and the crust was too hard to eat. The pizza was pretty good for an airport pizza and quite filling, a little expensive but it is understandable that it is right at an airport price. The staff were also pretty friendly. The dough was cooked nicely and everything was melted and cooked through and there were plenty of toppings.
