Chaya Bar offers a mixed experience. The drinks are top-notch, thanks to a fantastic bartender named Les, making it a great spot for a pre-flight drink. Guests have praised the friendly and professional staff, who create a welcoming atmosphere and make the airport experience more enjoyable. The poke bowl and miso soup are made fresh and are tasty and healthy, with quick service that is appreciated, especially for those on the go. The menu is small, and while custom orders are not available, the variety of drinks, including wine from New Zealand, adds to the experience. Improvements could include offering discounts for employees using the self-checkout system and separating cold ingredients from the white rice to enhance the meal quality. Overall, despite some limitations, the establishment remains a good choice for a quick, satisfying bite and a quality drink.
