I came in waiting to order for 3 minutes and then I order and the girl tell me that I have to wait for 15 minutes I said is ok that took 56 minutes while everyone was getting their food except for me my friend when to the window to order instead and he got his food and said they had food there in the window the lady was this on purpose with bad attitude and then the grabs the bag and throw it on the counter and she said there your chicken

this is one of my fave KFC locations i always get the same thing i order on the kiosk all the time and they either give me the wrong pieces most of the time but today was the icing on the cake they gave me half of the thigh i asked them what was that they told me a thigh i was like half of it yes but not a thigh didnt want to make it a problem for me so i just ate it as it was cause can tell they would bite back if you complaint to them not coming here anymore always check they give you what ask for not what they want to give you thats why my rating is as fair as it is make sure you check before you leave the store

I go there to grab some protein for dinner. I get the original 4 piece chicken box and a few wings. Easy entry and exit and kind helpful people at the window. Years ago the chicken wasn't great (small, not always fresh) but it's pretty great now (fresh, juicy, and healthy sized drumsticks) which keeps me coming back!

Stopped eating there since I had under cooked chicken twice from a few KFCs. Got sick both times and just stopped eating KFC.
I ordered a Famous Bowl and had to wait 15 minutes for it — which is already frustrating considering how simple it is to make (I used to work at KFC, so I know). When they finally handed me the bag, I took it to my car, not realizing they didn’t even bother to close the lid. The gravy spilled everywhere, soaking through the paper bag and getting all over my car. I now have to deep clean the interior because of their carelessness.
To make matters worse, they never gave me a receipt. I tried calling to get the receipt number, but no one answered. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.

Good food, very bad service. The food took ages to arrive, didnt come on a tray despite dine in, fountain didnt W work, they forgot sauces and you could barely understand the spanglish of the manager. Best thing was that he kicked us out half an our before the restaurant is supposed to close.
