These are the absolute best workers in LA. Every time they are polite and working their tails off while being awesome. Food is always fresh too. Customer service is a big reason why I keep coming back to this location.

Stopped eating there since I had under cooked chicken twice from a few KFCs. Got sick both times and just stopped eating KFC.

I ordered a Famous Bowl and had to wait 15 minutes for it — which is already frustrating considering how simple it is to make (I used to work at KFC, so I know). When they finally handed me the bag, I took it to my car, not realizing they didn’t even bother to close the lid. The gravy spilled everywhere, soaking through the paper bag and getting all over my car. I now have to deep clean the interior because of their carelessness.
To make matters worse, they never gave me a receipt. I tried calling to get the receipt number, but no one answered. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.

Good food, very bad service. The food took ages to arrive, didnt come on a tray despite dine in, fountain didnt W work, they forgot sauces and you could barely understand the spanglish of the manager. Best thing was that he kicked us out half an our before the restaurant is supposed to close.

Be very careful eating from this KFC location. I have attempted to come here a few times, and each time, I was always noticing they don’t always cook the food all the way through. Sometimes they hand you hardened biscuits that are not even fully warmed up… even the chicken and mac n’ cheese, the fries, are sometimes handed to you “lukewarm” and not all the way warmed up. The mash potatoes also had a “smell” of mold to it. They need to clean the cooking pots out, that they cook with. And be more mindful that this is food going into peoples stomachs. This type of carelessness could cause harm to peoples health. And that’s NOT cool. I have also been left with an upset stomach, stuck on the toilet the following morning, after eating the KFC, or on the edge of vomiting, the following morning, simply because the staff here does not properly cook the food thoroughly. So… please beware, when spending your money here. It’s ridiculous, they hike the prices all the way up, and give you not fully cooked food in return. Please be aware of this.

Patricia asked me which sauces I wanted for my chicken dunk combo. I had already chosen my three sauces on the kiosk, what's the point? Anyways, she wasn't going to give me my three sauces because she said it only came with two, however on the menu it shows three. She was so rude, and didn't apologize because she was wrong. Later when I tried to get her name, she was telling me her name was Carmen, but that was her co-worker. I will not return.

Although I love the food here the service sucks.... My very favorite thing is the Nashville hot sauce and so I asked to buy some on the side My food was about $24 I didn't mind paying for it I asked him at the window if I could pay for some of the the sauce on the side he didn't say oh no it's only for the tenders and I said Okay well I'll buy the tenders he said oh no you have to buy a combo It was just like you just didn't want to make me happy and that really really just irritated me and then I felt like I couldn't even buy the tenders with the combo because I felt like he would spit in it or something that's the type of service you'll get there spitting your food
