The staff in this location simply hate living, they are so unfriendly with the customers, they talk a lot between them, to the point that they get annoyed if you interrupt their conversation.

This cured me of my KFC cravings for good. The chicken strips had a toughness to them and the mashed potatoes were flavorless. Staff were nice, though.

Absolutely foul. The chicken I ordered was soggy to the point of the "fried" part was hanging off. It was as if the chicken had been dunked in water. I couldn't even eat it.

I paid with my debit card on 11/20. It was a pending charge but it didn't register in their system. Jose called the Manager Eduardo. They said they have had this problem before and I would need to pay again but that the initial charge would drop off in 12 hours. If it didn't, I could call Eduardo and they would refund me.So, I paid AGAIN. Over $48 ea time.The 1st charge DID NOT drop off so both cleared my account. I have been calling since the 22nd only to get a busy signal. I only want to go when I know Eduardo is there since he's the only one that can fix this.They need a number that they actually answer!!!

I have no idea where to begin. Well, the minute we entered,the cashier made us feel like she is not happy to see us and was not interested to take the order.Anyways we went and sat on one of the empty table near the window but the table had crumbs.They didn't bother to clean the table after the last customer.Lastly, the chicken.OMG it was soggy oily and tasted so bad that I almost gagged.The skin of the chicken was soggyand meat tasted old.I will NEVER EVER go to this place.

Absolutely the worst service possible. The cashier was rude and looked miserable. The chicken had a metallic taste to it. He feuded to give a refill on my drink that had ice filled to the top. I will never come back to this location. Horrible experience.
