I’ve visited this KFC in West Los Angeles twice recently, and both experiences were excellent. My boyfriend and I arrived pretty late both nights, close to closing time, but the staff never made us feel rushed. Instead, they came outside to check on us while we were eating to ask if we needed more sauce, anything else for our meal, or even if we wanted to use the restroom before they closed.
